Planning Applications
All current planning applications submitted to the Authority may be viewed on the Public Access pages. If you don't know the relevant address or application number, you can find details on the Application Weekly List page. You can comment on a planning application in writing or online - for more information, visit the Planning Applications page. Consultation on planning applications is carried out in accordance with our Codes of Practice.
Fun in The Broads - have your say!
Have you ever been on a Broads Authority run event? Did you enjoy yourself? Are there other things that you would like to do? Perhaps you haven’t been on an event and would like to, but something’s preventing you from joining in. Now’s your chance to let us know what you think. Consultation on Hire Boat Licensing on the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads
The Broads Authority is proposing to introduce a licensing scheme for hire boat operators which will largely be based around the requirements of the Broads Authority Code of Practice for day hire boats and the forthcoming Hire Boat Code. Even if you are already licensed by North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) you will still have to obtain a licence from the Broads Authority, at no cost to the operator and the licence will run until the orginal expiry date of the NNDC licence.
