AGENDA
1. To receive apologies for absence
2. Declaration of Interest
To receive declarations of interest relating to items on the agenda. Members are requested to indicate whether the interest is a personal one only or one which is also prejudicial. A declaration of a personal interest should indicate the nature of the interest and the agenda item to which it relates
3. Broads Authority Bill
(a) To consider the promotion by the Authority in the Session of Parliament 2006-07 of a Bill deposited in both Houses of Parliament entitled:
“A Bill to confer further powers on the Broads Authority; to make other provisions as to that Authority; and for related purposes;”
which said promotion was authorised by a resolution passed by a majority of the whole number of the members of the Authority at a meeting held on 3 November 2006; and, if thought fit, to pass a resolution by a majority of the whole number of the members of the Authority confirming the said promotion
(b) To consider or note issues relating to the Bill
