Trinity Broads - This is a parnership project working predominantly with Essex & Suffolk Water to restore the ecological status of the Trinity Broads for the benefit of nature conservation, public water supply and recreation. Further information and the management plan can be viewed on the Trinity Broad's Past and Future Work page.
Barton Broad - The second largest broad within the Broads Authority area has undergone extensive management over the past ten years to restore the water to a quality that would enhance wildlife and boating access. The management plan can be accessed via our Barton Broad Water Space Management Plan page.
Upper Thurne - A series of brackish water bodies contain some of the rarest water plants and most extensive areas of fen and reedbeds in the Broads.
