Local Notice to Mariners No 2 2008
Marina Construction Hamilton Dock
Mariners and Port Users are advised that construction work for the Lowestoft Haven Marina development in the Hamilton Dock will start on the 7th January 2008.
The pontoons will be set up in the Trawl Dock commencing on the 7th January and moved to the north side of the Hamilton Dock throughout the week.
Piling will commence on the 14th January in the Hamilton Dock and is expected to be completed by the end of January.
All vessels are requested to proceed at a slow speed and give a wide berth to construction craft and piling equipment during this period.
