Local Notice to Mariners No 12 2006
Barge Movements Outer Harbour
Mariners and Port Users are advised that the Barge AMT Discoverer is due at Lowestoft on Thursday 3rd August, ETA 1515.
The barge will be berthing on Waveney Dock berths No 3, No 4 and No5 for a period of 5 days.
The barge Viking 5 will move from SLP North Load-out onto Sladdens Pier on the morning of Wednesday 9th August. The barge AMT Discoverer will then be moved to the North Load-out SLP. Following this move the barge Viking 5 will move back into the Waveney Dock berths No3, No 4 and No 5.
There will be restrictions in vessel movements during the arrival and internal movements of the barges. Mariners are advised to contact Lowestoft Port Control on VHF 14 or Telephone 01502 572286 for updated news on these vessel movement.
The ETA and movement times may change at short notice.
