Annual Tolls (From 1 April 2008)

Annual Tolls for the year 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2009 - Payable on all vessels kept in the navigation area for more than 28 days in any tolls year.

These are based on the square metre area of the vessel. To calculate the area measure the hull length and beam in metres to the nearest centimetre. Multiply length times beam. The toll is based on the nearest whole square metre below - so disregard any decimal parts of square metres.

(eg. If the vessel is 9.75 square metres, you will be charged for a 9 square metre vessel).

If you apply for an annual toll at any time after 1 April, you will still be issued with a tolls plaque valid until the end of the following March. There is no reduction in price for this.
