Sustainable Development Fund

The Sustainable Development Fund is now closed but over the last 12 years it enabled more than 240 worthwhile projects to be undertaken.

The fund was aimed at projects that made a difference in the Broads by promoting and achieving social, economic or environmental sustainability with a focus on young people.

Since 2002 grants totalling £1.92 million were given out to local communities and other organisations. An additional £5.85 million was attracted in match funding.

In 2013/2014 £135,000 was distributed for a variety of innovative projects.
