Have you always wanted to enter for and even win a prestigious photography award? Well now’s your chance!
This year, for the first time, the Broads Authority is running the Broads National Park Photography Competition. We’re looking for an image that you feel celebrates the uniqueness and beauty of the Broads National Park – but we’ll leave it up to you to show us what that is. In addition to a cash prize, your image will be shown in the Broads National Park Photography Exhibition, taking place at The Forum in Norwich from Friday 29 March to Tuesday 2 April 2019, to celebrate the Broads Authority’s 30th anniversary. The exhibition will include work by Richard Denyer, whose pictures did so much to support the Authority’s work in its early years.
The competition has two categories – young person (17 years and under, prize £100) and adult (18 years and over, prize £250) – so everyone can join in. Photos can be black and white or full colour, and must be supplied as a high quality digital jpeg. You can enter up to five photos. Entries can be submitted from 1 April 2018 and the closing date is midnight on 31 October 2018. Please email entries (maximum size for each email is 20MB) and an Entry Form for each photo to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. It contains information about liability and data protection.
We might use your photo over the year to promote the competition on our websites and social media, and we might feature your image in our promotional material and other information that we produce as part of our work looking after the national park. We will always endeavour to credit you as photographer.
