Broads communities are being invited to get involved with plans to manage the area by attending by one of this year’s interactive parish forums.
The first forum takes place next Wednesday, 17 June at Ranworth Village Hall and will be followed by further events throughout the rest of the year.
The Broads Authority is organising this year’s calendar following on from the success of its four parish forums in 2014.
Ranworth Village Hall will be open from 6pm, when parishioners are invited to drop in for a chat and stay on for a round table discussion at 7.30pm among parish representatives and Broads Authority members and officers.
This will be followed by a question and answer session.
Andrea Long, Director of Planning and Resources at the Broads Authority, said: “The forums are an informal, interactive way for Broads parish councils and communities to meet our staff and members and share issues and ideas in their area.”
If you are not able to get to Ranworth on the night, there will be further forum events later in the year, details of which will be confirmed in due course.
