Volunteers needed to advise on access to the Broads

Would you like to play a key role in improving public access to the Broads countryside?

The Broads Authority is seeking volunteers to join the Broads Local Access Forum, a statutory consultation and advisory body set up to advise on improving access to open country and registered common land under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000.

The Authority needs volunteers from all sections of the community with experience of land ownership, angling, educational establishments and motorised vehicle use.

The Broads Local Access Forum meets up to four times a year and its future scheduled meetings this year are 20 June, 19 September and 12 December at 2 pm. Meetings are held at various locations and members are entitled to claim travel expenses.
