Broads footpath improvements at Filby Bridge
Filby Bridge car park and boardwalk will be closed from the 26th October until early 2012 while the Broads Authority carries out improvement work.
The 30 year old boardwalk is now rotten in places and after years of ongoing maintenance it will be replaced with a footpath.
When the boardwalk is removed the dyke running alongside will be “slubbed out” to remove silt and debris and create open water again.
