Fees for Planning and other Applications
The correct fees for planning applications are set out in The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2005 and are set nationally. An application cannot be accepted as valid without the correct fee.
Fees are not returnable except in the case where an application is invalid.
