Public Access
Public Access
Public Access is our system for allowing consultees, parish councils, stakeholders, members of the public and others to view the planning applications submitted to the Broads Authority. The details of the applications can be viewed on screen and you can make comments electronically. Currently only very recent applications are held on the system and are available to view, however, we will be entering all new applications from 1 April 2007 and aim to enter details of all applications received since 2000 in due course.
Public Access also enables you to view all documents submitted in connection with any application - this includes plans, drawings, correspondence and consultation responses. This is viewed through the link 'Associated documents'. Associated documents will be available for all applications received after 1 April 2007 which will be available to view. We will be aiming to make available associated documents relating to previous applications in due course.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the 'CONDITIONS OF USE' set out below before using Public Access. By clicking the button below you agree to accept these conditions.
