We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Strategic Services Directorate as our Farming in Protected Landscapes Officer. This role will see you continue the implementation of the successful programme - Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL). Created by Defra as part of the Agricultural Transition Plan, FiPL helps farmers, land managers and others to deliver projects in the Protected Landscape under the themes of climate, nature, people and place.
You’ll need to have experience in project management, including finance and reporting. You will be working in partnership, including with farmers and land managers, with good knowledge in one or more of the following: land management; farm advice; conservation; collaborative project development; familiarity with agri-environment schemes. The role will be based at our office in Norwich, with flexibility for home working.
