Biography
Morgan brings over 10 years’ experience in public affairs, policy and communications across the food and farming sector, working closely with farmers, growers and land managers. He has also served as an Army Reservist and a Special Constable, reflecting his longstanding commitment to public service and community.
Morgan is the Cabinet Member for Food, Waste and Rural Affairs at Suffolk County Council and serves as a member of Ipswich Borough Council.
As a member of the Broads Authority, Morgan is committed to protecting and enhancing one of the UK's most important wetland landscapes while supporting the communities and businesses that depend on it. He is passionate about balancing nature recovery, sustainable farming, recreation and navigation, ensuring the Broads remain a thriving environment for wildlife, residents and visitors alike.
Morgan is particularly interested in strengthening partnerships with local communities, promoting sustainable land and water management, and helping safeguard the Broads for future generations.
