Biography
Tom holds a master’s degree in Human Ecology and Rural Resource Management and has more than 20 years’ experience working in asylum support. He serves as a district councillor and cabinet member for energy and climate change.
Having owned a boat on the Broads for several years, Tom has a strong interest in its ecology and recreational use, as well as in agricultural practice and resource regulation.
