Mooring restriction due to refurbishment works at Worlingham 24hr Mooring, River Waveney

Notice is hereby given that essential maintenance will be carried out on Worlingham 24 hour mooring, from Monday 23^rd June to Friday 1^st August. The site is situated on the River Waveney, grid reference TM 45155 91498 (shown in red on the plan extract). The works will involve the refurbishment of the existing timber work and the mooring return.

Note – the mooring will be partially closed during this time, including at weekends. Vessels must exercise great care whilst proceeding past the vicinity of the works. Alternative 24-hour moorings can be found at North Cove and Beccles.

Please ensure that these works are taken into consideration for passage planning and when navigating in this area.

All equipment will be lit and signage will be in place to warn of the works.
