River Waveney swim event

An organised swim event is taking place on the River Waveney on Sunday 29 June 2025. The event will start at 10:30hrs at the Waveney River Centre and finish at Beccles Lido at 17:30hrs. Any vessels in the area please navigate with extreme care when in the proximity of the swimmers.

Safety boats will be accompanying the swimmers for the event and participants will be using tow floats and swim hats.
